Help us ensure smooth and efficient delivery of over 130 fresh food boxes every Tuesday! We’re looking for 4 reliable and energetic volunteers to assist with DoorDash driver pickups immediately after our morning packing shift.
Volunteer Roles:
Line Director (1): Direct DoorDash drivers as they arrive and guide traffic to avoid congestion.
Check-In Assistant (1): Help verify driver info, confirm the number of boxes taken, and ensure proper documentation (preventing theft or confusion).
Loaders (2): Load boxes into cars quickly and safely to keep the line moving.
Other Tasks May Include:
Operating a pallet jack (training available)
Packing staff boxes
Taking out trash and recyclables
Cleaning and resetting the workspace
Taking inventory of remaining supplies
Requirements:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift 20–30 lbs
Willing to follow safety procedures and be a team player
