Mill Village Farms is excited to be the nonprofit partner for the 2025 Lewis Barbecue Hatch Chile Roast on Sunday, September 7th.
This event is free to the public with a suggested donation of $10 to Mill Village Farms. Last year, we raised over $4,500 and we look forward to raising even more this year!
In appreciation for this partnership, we will be providing some volunteer support for the event and would love your help!
Assist before, during, and after the event as follows:
11:00am-1:30pm for general setup and assistance with the first 30 minutes of guest entry
12:00pm-4:00pm for event assistance (duties will include greeting guests, accepting donations for Mill Village Farms, taking out trash, assisting at ID checkpoints, helping run retail merchandise, and assisting at food/water stations).
4:00pm-5:00pm for general cleanup
Parking is EXTREMELY limited at the event venue so volunteers are asked to consider carpooling or biking. For those who drive, you should expect to park off-site and walk about a block to the event. We'll provide parking details closer to the event date. This is an outdoor event so please dress comfortably and keep the weather forecast in mind. Closed toe shoes are REQUIRED and a hat, sunscreen, and refillable water bottle are recommended.
Free to attend, with a suggested donation of $10 to the non-profit partner, Mill Village Farms.
